AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing the HUB 366 platform (including app.hub366.com) or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease access to the service immediately.
SERVICE PROVIDER LIMITATIONS & UPTIME
HUB 366 Marketing Agency provides marketing automation, operational workflows, and CRM services via a white-labeled ecosystem. You acknowledge and agree that our services rely heavily on third-party uptime and cloud infrastructure providers. We shall not be held liable for any service interruptions, data delays, or downtime caused by these third-party infrastructure providers.
USER CONDUCT & SECURITY
Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities, unauthorized marketing practices (SPAM), or violating local anti-spam regulations. You must ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable marketing and privacy regulations. You are entirely responsible for the security of your own access tokens, login details, and sub-account management.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The platform’s customized interfaces, operational workflows, original marketing content, system architecture setups, and brand assets are the exclusive property of HUB 366 Marketing Agency and its licensors.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Hong Kong Law, HUB 366 Marketing Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill—resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
JURISDICTION
These terms shall be governed by and construed under Hong Kong Law. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update these terms and our pricing models at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes absolute acceptance of the updated terms.

HUB 366 透過白標生態系統提供營銷自動化及 CRM 服務。您知悉並同意，我們的服務高度依賴第三方雲端基礎設施的正常運行時間。對於因第三方基礎設施供應商引起的任何服務中斷、延誤或不可抗力故障，本公司概不承擔任何法律責任。
用戶行為與安全規範
用戶嚴禁將本平台用於任何非法活動或未經授權的營銷行為（包括發送垃圾郵件 SPAM）。您必須確保您對平台的使用完全符合所有本地法律法規。您須自行為您的訪問令牌（Access Tokens）及登入詳細資料的安全負上全部責任。
知識產權
本平台的介面、原始內容、系統架構以及所有品牌資產，均為 HUB 366 Marketing Agency 及其許可人的獨家財產。
責任限制
在香港法律所允許的最大範圍內，對於因您使用或無法使用本服務而導致的任何間接、附帶或相應引起的損害，HUB 366 概不承擔任何賠償責任。
管轄權
本服務條款受香港法律管轄。任何與您訪問或使用本平台有關的法律訴訟或法律程序，均應提交至香港法院審理。
條款修改
我們保留隨時修改或變更本條款的權利。在修訂條款發佈後繼續使用本平台，即視為您已接受全新修訂的條款。
